| This 30th anniversary of the Minnesota Zoo special event was a great occasion for this remarkable cake. This event marked the opening of the new exhibit, "Russia's Grizzley Coast". Our cake replicated the new animals on exhibit. We even made the zoo habitat, all edible of course made of cake and cake sculpting materials. |
| Our sugar crafted exhibit contained a grizzley bear, a sea otter, a leopard and wild boars. The chocolate fondant covered grizzley was a big hit! A wild boar digs for wild mushrooms as a leopard stalks it. |
