The Cake
We began this business because we love great cakes. Cakes have marked lifes
important events for centuries. They might be a transient art form, but they will
put a wonderfully memorable mark on your event. The only problem our clients
have with our cakes is not wanting to cut them...but cut them you must or you will
miss the best part, tasting our delicious cakes.
For even more important to us than the look of your cake is it's taste. Our made
from scratch cakes contain only the finest ingredients, carefully mixed, and baked
to perfection. We only use real butter for our cakes and icings. Our "made from
scratch" fillings are hand stirred and designed to complement the cake they are
paired with. You will be proud to serve this fine dessert. We have made many
"cake Converts". People who tell us they don't like cake......then they taste ours.
We had a groom once tell us that he did not like cake. We gave him our cake
samples, he tasted them and then declared that he wanted all the flavors! As
people came into the room, he hid the cake samples so he didn't have to share...
true story.
